A journal has been found in the cellars of Killinton Hall. It apparently details the chilling account of one man’s hunt for a Vampire. Written many years ago the find has caused a lot of excitement. Kelvin Smith a noted parapsychologist is the guest of honour tonight at a special dinner of paranormal investigators where no doubt the main topic of discussion will be the journal. Should Kelvin be careful of what he says and who he speaks to? What are the causes of the mysterious deaths at Killinton Hall?

Tonight is the Gala dinner being held before filming starts for the finale of TOO MANY COOKS, with an important invited audience of which you are a member. Having all been interviewed on the infamous Jenny James Show that morning, light-hearted teasing turns to full-blown arguments as interviewees condone each other’s’ behaviour. But when one of them ends up dead, there’s a more serious matter to be discussed – one not suitable for the likes of day-time television. Time to call in the detectives!

It is Christmas Eve 1987 and you are part of Smartoys staff Christmas party.  This year, Fiona Smartley-Price (Smartoy’s CEO) has extra cause to celebrate because the company have achieved having the Christmas Number 1 toy in the shops.  Mouseville Friends is that toy and was the brainchild of Siobhan (Fiona’s daughter and a managing director of the company).  She launched the new toy along with her fiancée Noel Thurst who is a television executive that has launched an animated series based on the toys. This has just completed its first series on CBBC.  Will the celebrations continue all night long or will sinister happenings halt them?
