In a new competition, members of the public have been given the chance to audition for a part in London’s West End revival of, ‘Snow White’.  The producers are looking to cast a new leading star and are eagerly awaiting the contestant’s efforts. 

We are now at the final and you have been invited to witness who will be crowned as the new pantomime king or queen and earn themselves a lucrative Westend contract.  However, what dirty laundry will be washed in this public event?  Who has been on the casting couch?  Is someone so determined to a get a part that they would be prepared to commit murder, murder on the wall?

Murder at the Manor (Optional Costume –1920’s/Classic Upper-Class Family)

It is 1922 and Lord and Lady Digby are hosting an elegant evening in their home to celebrate the anniversary of their marriage. Rose Digby, the daughter of our hosts, has been away for some time and is looking forward to her first social occasion since her return home. Her parents have arranged for her to meet a dashing young man they believe is the perfect suitor, but will she fall for him? Who is keeping a secret tonight? Perhaps the butler can shed some light on the situation….

Sing When Your Sinning (Optional Costume –1920s)

It is 1926. Mable Cartwright is a spinster living in the small village of Killinton, and she often encounters and investigates unusual crimes, much to the annoyance of the local constabulary. She is here for tonight’s church fundraising party and has really been looking forward to it. However, the event turns out not be the success that she prays for as disturbing news of a death is received from the St. Cuthbert’s. Can she, with the help of the guests and the police, solve this most unholy of murders?

Beneath the Mask (Optional Costume – Superheroes etc)

The Killinton Sci-Fi & Comic book Society are holding their annual convention.  This year it promises to be a very special one as the society are planning an exciting visit to the world’s biggest convention in San Diego, California.  Everyone who has paid the £5000 registration fee for this, will tonight have the opportunity to win back that fee and go to the USA completely free of charge… but will everyone get to go or does somebody have alternative plans?

The Wedding Reception (Optional Costume – Wedding Outfits)

Guests are invited to join elderly, upper class Bertrum Wallace-Smythe and his young, unsophisticated bride, Zoë Matthews, at the evening reception to celebrate their marriage. Not everyone feels like celebrating however. Will these two very mismatched families get on - or will their dirty laundry be aired in public?

Game, Set & Match (Optional Costume – Tennis Player)

Lorna Davis was the shock winner of the latest ATP ranking event, beating her arch rival Sky Sommerville in the final, which Sky did not take well as she was the clear favourite to win. Lorna is delighted as it has now qualified her for Wimbledon. She is resolute that one day she will win the tournament and this could be her time!!

Lorna burns with a desire not only to win tennis's greatest competition but also to prove a point and to shame some of the biggest names in the tennis world, for Lorna hides a dark secret, a secret she has harboured for some time and is now fixed upon humiliation and revenge. Fearless (Optional Costume – Pirates)

We are celebrating the 150th anniversary of Captain 'Fearless' Falcon’s death. Captain Falcon was a merciless pirate who was responsible for much death and destruction on the high seas. It is rumoured that there was a vast treasure hidden at the Captains house, Talon Hall, but this has never been discovered. The new owner of Talon Hall, Sir Graham Buchannan will also be here tonight, along with members of the Fearless Falcon Society. Is the discovery of an old map key to finding the treasure? And would anybody kill to get their hands on so much money?

A Darker Shade of Murder (Optional Costume – Standard Party Wear)

You are welcomed here tonight for the official launch of JH Enterprises, headed by the wife of Brendan Hawthorne. Hawthorne Industries previously owned by Brendan ceased trading and is now under investigation. With pensions pots running dry Investors monies swallowed up, and a marriage on the rocks, will investors seek revenge, will relationships become full of suspicion, has a well know face returned to the scene? And will there be Murder tonight?
